SACRAMENTO COUNTY SHELF READY ADU PROGRAM

The LMD team worked with the Sacramento County Planning and Building Departments to develop a set of pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit plans. The pre-designed and engineered plans offer various ADU styles and sizes with the goal of making the ADU permitting process more streamlined for homeowners. Sample plan sets can be found by here.
